Henke Parts Department Ups Their Game

Henke is proud to announce the promotion of Bill Norris to Parts and Customer Service Supervisor. Bill has been with Henke since October 2016 and has served in the Army and National Guard for over 20 years.

He has extensive experience in process management involving supervision, planning, coordinating and scheduling projects. Previously with Walvoil – Hydraulic Control Systems – Bill developed customer advocacy skills that are essential to his new position at Henke.

With Bill’s long “Intel” background in the Army National Guard and his international experience, one might think he’s all work and no play. But we know differently, as he loves our hometown sports teams (Royals, Chiefs), enjoys racing and riding motorcycles and of course, KC BBQ. Congrats on your promotion, Bill!
