Unique true float design eliminates binding and reduces chatter

Henke’s parallel linkage lift on the PPW doesn’t bind up like traditional “slide style” wings, requiring less maintenance, and lasting longer. Additionally, the unique “True Float”, non-trailing design reduces wing chatter and increases effectiveness at cutting through packed snow and ice.

  • 29″ intake, 36” discharge moldboard standard (31” tall straight moldboard available)

Front Lift PPW

  • Mid mount design with 12.65″ of float / Front Mount with 14.5″ of float
  • All hydraulic Lift with True Float, anti-chatter design
  • Leading end height 29″ and discharge end height 36″ See additional options below*
  • Smooth rolled, 3/16” thick, steel moldboard
  • 23″D x 15″W heavy duty, parallel arm structure
  • 3″ x 10″ x 2″ double acting lift cylinder (anti-drift lock valve is recommended for spool-valve controls)
  • 4″ x 20″ x 2″ double acting wing stow cylinder with built in lock valve (set at 1,250 psi)
  • Non-Tripping moldboard** with one-position pivot bushing
  • Single, non-hydraulic, spring-cushioned, adjustable push-beam*** with multi-position push-beam adjustment (6 adjustment positions for 8ft & 9ft moldboards / 8 adjustment positions push-beam adjustment for 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft moldboards)
  • ½” x 6” standard cutting edge

Hydraulic Requirements: Work port relief for front-lift/stow cylinder, rod-end, is required. (Not provided by Henke)
