The Henke Severe Duty Dozer Blade is a heavy-duty, high-curvature, box-panel reinforced dozer-blade for use on motor graders and wheel loaders. The extra heavy-duty construction allows operators to take an aggressive approach to snow removal.

• 48” tall, box reinforced, 3/16” thick, rolled plate steel moldboard with full length, 12” x 35lb/ft horizontal S&C channel center support and (5) 1/2” intermediate ribs
• Extreme moldboard “curl” prevents snow from blowing over top of moldboard
• The backplate is designed to fit most types of quick couplers and pin hitches, enabling use on a large variety of motor graders and wheel loaders
• Designed for year round use, allowing maximum versatility for both machine and attachment
• Two (2) powerful, 4” x 20.75” double acting hydraulic cylinders provide up to 35º rotation left or right – allow operator to reverse with power, under virtually any conditions
• Heavy 2.5” center pin with (3) grease zerks
• Bottom angle constructed using 4” x 6” x 3/4” angle with intermediate gussets between each cutting edge mounting hole
• Top of moldboard is reinforced by a fully welded, full length, one piece of 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” x 3/8” steel tubing
• A-Frame constructed with heavy, 4” S&C channel and reinforced with 4” x 6” SMT tubing
